Flight Crew Matters !
Our helpdesk receives and monitors all calls including emails and alerts for assistance. The helpdesk is able to solve most issues immediately and provides feedback to our customers on a regular basis as to when they can expect a solution.
The helpdesk coordinator is in constant contact with all our consultants and programmers and is able to select the most appropriate employee for a particular task. In the case of an emergency she is able to call on the resource required.
The helpdesk facility is available to all customers, but priority is given to those with a support contract.
For clients with a support contract after hours calls are handled by Answer Services and may be passed to an appropriate employee.
